On 20 and 21 August 2025, the San Giovanni Monumental Complex in Catanzaro will host the fifth edition of the Factory Area Festival. This event is much more than a music festival: Factory Area is a true shared cultural experience, where music, art, words and territory intertwine to create two days of creativity, vision and participation.
Started as an independent project by a group of young people under 30, Factory Area has now become an open cultural laboratory, with the aim of building relationships and activating places through the power of culture. The panoramic terrace of San Giovanni will host concerts – featuring electronic music, experimentation and big names from the Italian scene – while the internal galleries will be dedicated to talks, exhibitions and podcasts open to all. Music programme:
- 20 August: electronic evening with Camoufly, Emmanuelle and a live performance by Bais
- 21 August: featuring Venerus, with Faccianuvola, Calabrian artists such as Emporio, Paola Pizzino, Londi, and DJ sets by Fabio Nirta and Roberto Vagliolise
