European Heritage Days at the Laos Archaeological Park

On Sunday 28 September 2025, the Laos Archaeological Park in Marcellina di Santa Maria del Cedro will open its doors to celebrate European Heritage Days.

From 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., visitors will be able to tour the park accompanied by staff from the Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape of Cosenza, who will guide them on a discovery of the site's historical and architectural heritage.

This year's edition of the EHD, promoted by the Council of Europe and the European Commission, with coordination in Italy by the Ministry of Culture, is dedicated to the theme 'Architecture: the art of building', offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the history and wonders of ancient Calabria.
