D•MOMENT - Views from around the world

From 7 to 8 March 2026, Badolato Borgo will host D•MOMENT, a two-day event dedicated to photography and the contemporary gaze, featuring renowned street photographer Dino Serrao.

The event begins on Saturday 7 March at 18:30 at Palazzo Gallelli with the opening of the photographic exhibition “Sguardi dal Mondo” (Views from the World): a visual journey through faces, stories and snippets of everyday life captured by the artist during his travels. This will be followed by a talk with Dino Serrao, offering the public the opportunity to explore the poetics, techniques and vision of a photography capable of recounting humanity through details and encounters.

On Sunday 8 March at 4pm, the historic centre will host the D•MOMENT Workshop Experience: a photographic walk led by the artist through the village's alleys and corners, designed to immerse participants in the art of observation and storytelling through images. Participation is by reservation only, with limited places available.

This event is organised and promoted by Pro Loco Badolato APS/UNPLI Calabria and the artist team “Spop-Art”, with the patronage of the Municipality of Badolato and the Academy of Fine Arts of Catanzaro. It is part of the "House of Arts and Cultures" project.
