Cuccìa Festival

The Cuccìa Festival returns on 4 and 5 October 2025 to Casali del Manco, in Piazza Matteotti in the historic centre of Pedace, to celebrate one of the symbolic dishes of Calabrian cuisine and tell the story of a community through its flavours.

For two days, the village will be transformed into a journey of taste and conviviality with tastings of traditional Cuccìa, pairings with the best local wines, meetings and debates, show cooking, shows and concerts.

The Cuccìa Festival is not just a gastronomic event: it is an opportunity to rediscover and share traditions, promote the area and strengthen the roots of our culture while looking to the future.
