On Sunday 7 July 2024, the FAI Reserve of the Giants of Sila will host a unique event. This event, part of the Be Alternative Festival's UNSACCOBELLO festival, promises an unforgettable experience of music and nature.
The reserve, located in Fallistro Croce di Magara, is a monumental forest with trees 45 metres high, with trunks 2 metres wide and an extraordinary age of 350 years. In this evocative setting, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in guided tours enhanced by unique musical performances.
The ancestral melodies of Michele Nunnari and the indie folk notes of the Crying Day Care Choir will resound among the centuries-old trees, creating a magical atmosphere. A special feature of these performances is that they will take place without any sound amplification, to ensure zero impact on the reserve's ecosystem. This event offers the opportunity to switch off for a few hours, away from the daily grind, immersed in the beauty of nature and lulled by music.
