Children's Theatre - Theatre Season for Schools

On Thursday 3 October 2024 at 12 noon, the presentation of the new theatre season for schools, conceived and promoted by the Teatrop Theatre Company of Lamezia Terme, will be held. The meeting will take place in the foyer of the Teatro Comunale Grandinetti in Lamezia Terme and will be attended by artistic directors Pierpaolo Bonaccurso and Greta Belometti.

The 2024/25 theatre season has been specially designed for children and young people, with the aim of enhancing theatre as an educational tool for the new generations. Bonaccurso and Belometti have selected a variety of shows that range in theme and production method: from performances designed to encourage reading to those in English, useful for encouraging the learning of a new language.

There will also be performances dedicated to the most important holidays, such as Christmas and Carnival, traditional moments to be celebrated together with families, evoking emotions and memories. The review will involve theatre companies of professional actors from all over Italy, specialised in shows for young school audiences.

A unique opportunity for pupils and students to experience theatre in a fun and educational way, discovering new expressive languages and the magic of stories brought to the stage.
