Chicory Festival

On 29 December 2024, the picturesque municipality of Colosimi will host the first edition of the Chicory Festival.

The day will begin at 10 a.m. at the Sala Consiliare of the Town Hall of Colosimi with a conference entitled ‘’Chicory delight of the mountain fields‘’. During the conference, distinguished guests will speak, including local experts and regional representatives, who will offer insights into the qualities and potential of chicory, as well as local agricultural traditions. At 1 p.m., free gastronomic stands will open in Via Roma, where it will be possible to taste a variety of chicory dishes.
