San Lucido is preparing to host the 2026 edition of its Carnival, an event that will transform the streets of the village into an explosion of music, merriment and fun for all ages. The initiative, promoted by the municipal administration in collaboration with local committees and associations, promises a programme full of surprises and engaging moments.
On Sunday February 15, the day will begin with the parade of allegorical floats, which will start from Cerasuolo and cross the outskirts of the village to the sports field, where the celebrations will continue with shows and entertainment. The parade will set off again through the town center in the afternoon, accompanied by musical entertainment and festivities that will bring the day's events to a close.
On Monday February 16, the Carnival continues with the Carnevale dei Borghi, a big party that brings the town center to life with floats and participants from Falconara Albanese, Fiumefreddo Bruzio, and Longobardi. The event strengthens the spirit of collaboration and sharing among the area's municipalities.
