On Sunday 19 October 2025, the Altafiumara Resort & Spa, located on the picturesque Costa Viola in Reggio Calabria, will host the first edition of the Calabria Wine Expo, an event promoted in collaboration with FIVI Calabria and dedicated to wine as an expression of culture, identity and collective heritage.
More than just a fair, the Calabria Wine Expo is a cultural project that combines tastings, talks, music and opportunities for discussion to showcase Calabrian wine as a symbol of tradition and innovation.
The protagonist of the initiative is the Enoteca Culturale, the heart of the Altafiumara Cultural Centre, a place designed to promote the region through experiences that combine art, food and wine, and knowledge. Here, independent winemakers will present not only their labels, but also the stories and visions that give life to each glass.
Over 30 wineries from all over Calabria will offer a journey through the different regional territories, from the sea to the hills, with guided tastings, themed talks, musical moments and a cooking show by chef Battaglia.
