Calabria Design Festival

From 12 to 14 December 2025, Calabria will host the fourth edition of the Calabria Design Festival, an event that reflects on spaces, cities and places of contemporary living. The event anticipates its future merger with the event dedicated to Wine & Design, giving rise to a major annual initiative that combines design, architecture, food, landscape and culture.

The December edition explores the relationship between human intelligence and artificial intelligence, between craftsmanship and technology, between conscious design and sustainability. Through workshops, exhibitions, meetings and seminars, the festival addresses highly topical issues: the climate crisis, circular processes, design ecology and the role of creative thinking in shaping a better future for communities and future generations.

'Manual skills, thought and technology' are at the heart of a journey that aims to enhance the human ability to transform ideas into forms, spaces and stories, without neglecting the instrumental contribution of digital technology. Artists, designers, architects and urban planners discuss contemporary challenges, imagining scenarios of change for living in places in a sustainable and innovative way.

The Calabria Design Festival 2025 thus becomes a space for reflection, experimentation and vision, where the sensitive and creative mark of each participant contributes to building a dialogue between Mediterranean culture, design and new technologies.
