Following its success in London, Brokeback Mountain, the moving theatre production inspired by Annie Proulx's famous short story and the award-winning film of the same name, arrives in Italy for the first time. Set in Wyoming in 1963, the show tells the story of Ennis and Jack, two young shepherds whose bond turns into an intense and secret love affair that lasts twenty years.
Malika Ayane performs the original music by Dan Gillespie Sells, accompanied by a live band, while Edoardo Purgatori and Filippo Contri bring the two protagonists to life in a performance that intertwines words and melodies, emotions and boundless landscapes.
