On Sunday 17 August 2025, Piazza della Vittoria in Stefanaconi will be filled with aromas, flavours and music to celebrate the 30th Bread Festival, one of the most eagerly awaited events of the Calabrian summer.
Now in its 30th edition, the event is a tribute to bread and its central role in the local gastronomic culture: from homemade breads to focaccia, from hand-kneaded specialities to typical preparations linked to rural traditions. Starting at 8:00 p.m., the village comes alive with food stands, local products and dishes that tell stories of family, ancient gestures and knowledge handed down through the generations.
Accompanying the evening is the Night of Music: a space dedicated to entertainment with live music, folk dancing and the contagious energy of a party designed to bring the community together and welcome visitors.
