Belmonte: traditions and customs of a past time - Pane Nostrum

The project includes an event divided into 2 days. The second day on 9 August on "Pane Nostrum" will be dedicated to the ancient tradition of bread baking in the Mills Park. There will be workshops and trekking along the Via dei Mulini, demonstration of grinding at the working water mill, as well as activities with children on the preparation of bread in the "majilla". Tira Taranta will liven up the evening, all surrounded by tastings of typical products, wines and showcooking of pizza and bread in the wood-fired oven in the Park.
