Don't miss the 2024 edition of the Badolato Tarantella Festival, the Calabrian folk music festival taking place in Badolato, one of The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy on the Ionian coast of Catanzaro, from 20 to 24 August 2024.

Cadenced skips, skirt wheels and gestures simulating courtship or challenges: the Calabrian tarantella is the traditional regional dance that tells much more than it imagines. Rich in symbols and meanings, it is also a moment of great collective fun during summer festivals in the squares.
