Autumn Festival at the Old Fairy Mill

The Old Fairy Mill in Lamezia Terme opens its doors to a rich programme of cultural and naturalistic initiatives with the Factory in the Landscape festival, scheduled for the first two weekends of November 2025. Guided tours, theatrical events, walks in the woods and meetings with writers, storytellers and musicians will accompany visitors on a journey through nature, history and imagination.

The programme includes:

• Saturday 1 November: guided tours for families and groups at 3 pm (by reservation) and at 5.30 pm 'L'asino, la luna e il cantastorie' (The donkey, the moon and the storyteller), a meeting with writers Francesco Bevilacqua and Biagio Accardi, free event.
• Sunday 2 November: morning dedicated to the nature event 'Reconnection, space-time-silence' in the Bosco delle Fate (booking required), guided tours at 3 pm and 5 pm, theatrical performance 'Under a golden dome, flying with the fairies in the enchantment of autumn' by Chiara Pavoni.
• Saturday 8 November: guided tours at 3 pm and 5.30 pm, cultural review 'Calabria is a destiny: staying, returning, arriving', with writer Francesco Bevilacqua and documentary filmmaker Natalino Stasi.
• Sunday 9 November: at 11:30 a walk through the historic centre of Nicastro to the Mill with the 'Pranzo dei Semplici' (Simple Lunch), and at 15:00 a musical event with Diego Cambareri.
