Autumn Festival - A' Varulata

On 31 October and 1 November 2025, Verbicaro will be decked out in autumn colours for the Autumn Festival – A' Varulata, an event that celebrates the traditions, flavours and authentic atmosphere of this village at the foot of the Pollino mountains.

For two days, the streets of the historic centre will come alive with food stands, tastings of typical products, local wines and traditional peasant dishes, accompanied by music, shows and moments of celebration. An opportunity to rediscover the charm of Verbicaro amid the scents of must, chestnuts and new wine, sharing the conviviality and warmth of a community that welcomes and recounts its identity through the flavours of autumn.
