‘Amedeo Fumana’ Classical and Opera Music Festival
Santa Severina celebrates great music between tradition and education

From 6 to 24 September 2024, the Carafa Castle in Santa Severina will be the setting for the sixth edition of the 'Amedeo Fumana' Classical Music and Opera Festival, an event dedicated to musical excellence and the promotion of talent.
The Festival, created in memory of baritone and collector Amedeo Fumana, hosts the best artistic expressions of the Calabrian territory together with nationally renowned performers, creating a dialogue between tradition and innovation. Alongside the concerts, the programme includes training masterclasses for young opera lovers, confirming the educational vocation of the event. Students from the Beethoven School in Crotone and students from abroad also participate in the festival, reflecting its international dimension.
